Overview
This project involves a two-story building with a basement, entirely designed using reinforced concrete. The structure includes internal concrete stairs, a swimming pool, and an alfresco area. One of the main challenges was the site’s steep slope, which introduced complexity due to varying levels and required a strategic design approach.
Our Approach
Our structural engineers leveraged advanced software tools to design and analyze the entire structure, ensuring both cost-effectiveness and structural safety. By optimising the design, we achieved a reliable and efficient solution that meets all safety standards while maintaining economic feasibility.
