Overview:
The owner of this project was an owner-builder who aimed to develop their house. During the process, the council requested structural documentation and approvals. To fulfill these requirements, the owner reached out to our team for an inspection and certification.
Our Approach:
After conducting a site inspection and structural calculations, we determined that some modifications were necessary to ensure the stability of the structure. We provided the owner with the required solutions, and after implementing the modifications, we issued the necessary certification. Ultimately, the owner was able to submit the approved documents to the council and proceed with the process smoothly.
